Was in meetings for most of the week.

Meetings were in the Marriott on the Pest side of the river right up against the Danube. We had views like the attached picture right out the windows of the conference room all week long.

Budapest has pretty decent night life -- they're big on "ruin bars" built up in abandoned buildings. Lots of big thermal spas, though I didn't hit any this time or one previous visits. The Castle District in Buda (opposite side of the Danube) is pretty -- the castle itself appears to have been destroyed regularly over the life of the city. Plenty of other cool things to see. It's not as jam-packed as many of the big tourist cities in Western Europe, but it's a pretty good place to visit.
